The Community Liaison will interact with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to provide continuous care in the service area. Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs Maintain comprehensive knowledge in marketing and Suncrest Hospice markets Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice Market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills Work independently Build and maintain relationships with referral sources Drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Senior Level
