Your mission The sales team is at the heart of Vibe’s growth, playing a key role in acquiring new customers.

As an Inbound Account Executive, you’ll focus on converting inbound interest into new business. You’ll run a high volume of sales cycles with small and mid-sized brands, moving prospects efficiently from discovery to close before partnering with Customer Success for a seamless handoff. This is a fast-paced, quota-carrying role where speed, consistency, and pipeline conversion are key.

What you will do:

Own the inbound sales funnel from first call to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities, maximizing conversion rates and revenue impact

Build trust quickly with prospects, uncovering needs and aligning them to Vibe’s solutions

Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of client accounts through strategic campaign recommendations

Share client and market feedback with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to continuously improve our sales playbook and solutions

Leverage inbound demand and marketing programs to maximize pipeline efficiency and close rates

We’d love to work with you if

You have 2+ years of sales experience, ideally selling into eCommerce and brand marketers; CTV and AdTech experience is a strong plus

You’ve sold to or worked closely with eCommerce or D2C brands, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment

You’re ambitious, self-motivated, and thrive in high-stakes, fast-moving sales cycles

You’re a persuasive communicator who can quickly build credibility with prospects

You’re resourceful and comfortable operating without a perfect playbook—you're a builder at heart

Base salary: $80,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission.
