You will begin your day by collaborating with your team, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and adherence to our proven processes. Throughout the day, you will engage directly with clients, presenting customized solutions that address their needs while fostering trust and satisfaction. Acting as the voice of the technician, you will effectively communicate recommendations and options to customers, ensuring clarity and confidence in every interaction. REQUIREMENTS FOR A PLUMBING SUPERVISOR - SALES MANAGER
At least one year of proven sales experience in plumbing or a related industry
Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to mentor and guide a team
Excellent communication skills
Track record of success in delivering solutions and achieving customer satisfaction
Commitment to upholding company values and delivering quality service
Willingness to follow and implement established processes to achieve results
