ABOUT THE ROLE As an

Inside Sales Manager , you will serve as a senior leader within LoadUp’s Inside Sales organization with full ownership of sales performance, people development, and revenue execution. You’ll be responsible for driving consistent results across all operating hours by setting strategy, developing talent, and ensuring scalable, high-performing sales operations.

In this role, you’ll manage Shift Supervisors and Inside Sales Representatives, focusing on coaching, performance optimization, and alignment with company growth goals. While Shift Supervisors handle real-time floor execution and onsite coverage, you’ll maintain a high-level view of performance, culture, and long-term improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own Inside Sales performance and revenue outcomes across all shifts and operating hours.

Lead, develop, and manage Shift Supervisors and Inside Sales Representatives.

Set sales strategy, targets, and execution plans aligned with company growth objectives.

Establish and refine scalable sales processes, standards, and performance expectations.

Coach leaders and reps through regular feedback, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.

Analyze sales metrics, conversion data, and pipeline trends to drive continuous improvement.

Partner with Shift Supervisors to ensure strong real-time execution and floor coverage.

Identify talent, support career development, and build a strong leadership bench.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

Ensure sales execution reflects LoadUp’s values, customer experience standards, and culture.
