We support clients through fractional HR (staff augmentation), direct hire recruiting, leadership development (including our signature Daily Habits of Leaders program), and HRIS implementations with compliance and benefits audits.

Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced, high-integrity

Sales Representative who can own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to presenting solutions and closing. This is a 1099 role designed for someone who is confident selling professional services and can build a pipeline with consistency.

HRIS Implementation + Compliance & Benefits Audits

Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects (SMBs, nonprofits, and growth-stage organizations)

Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and align the right MHRL solution

Present services, coordinate internal support, and drive deals to close

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting (CRM or MHRL tracking system)

Collaborate with MHRL leadership on scope, pricing approval, and proposal strategy

Represent the MyHRLane brand with professionalism, warmth, and credibility at events and meetings

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

Build an active pipeline of qualified opportunities

Consistently schedule discovery calls weekly

Close initial contracts and expand into cross-sell opportunities (training, HRIS, recruiting)

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience (services, staffing, HR, consulting, or SaaS strongly preferred)

Proven ability to prospect, run discovery, and close deals

Strong communication and executive presence—comfortable speaking with decision-makers

Organized, accountable, and comfortable working independently

Experience selling into SMBs (under 250 employees) is a plus
