Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales forecasts, volume goals, and gross profit objectives.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to support their performance and development.
Demonstrate a professional leadership style that fosters enthusiasm, accountability, and teamwork.
Partner with other dealership departments to maximize operational efficiency and overall profitability.
Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and provide ongoing coaching throughout the sales process.
Build strong relationships with guests and enhance the overall sales experience.
Develop and maintain rapport with guests to support a consistent and loyal customer network.
Provide continuous training, guidance, and support to sales staff; help manage all aspects of the sales department.
Greet and assist all guests entering the showroom or lot, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Guide guests through vehicle selection by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.
Clearly explain vehicle features, performance, and benefits to help guests make informed purchasing decisions.
Job Requirements
Commitment to training and developing sales staff within a collaborative team environment.
Comfortable working in a performance‑based compensation structure.
Highly energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic throughout the workday.
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, especially in handling objections and negotiations.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to complete a background check for sales licensing purposes.
Physical Requirements
Frequently sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
Occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Working indoors/outdoors in different weather conditions year‑round.
