As a Senior Specialist in Sales Enablement, you will support the development of role-specific sales capabilities, guide new hires through onboarding, and empower sales professionals to perform at their best in a dynamic, competitive environment. Through a collaborative, insights-driven, and continuous learning approach, this role helps strengthen cross-functional partnerships, inspire sales excellence, and foster a culture of growth, innovation, and shared success.**What You’ll Do*** Regularly assess and document the strengths and development areas of the local Sales Team, aligning with regional and local Sales Strategy and role-specific competencies.* Actively contribute to designing, planning, creating content for, deploying, measuring, and continuously improving both local and regional Sales Enablement initiatives.* Complement approved regional programs with locally tailored efforts to address specific competency gaps and support individual and team growth.* Collaborate closely with regional Sales Enablement and local cross-functional teams to co-create, design, and implement innovative Sales Enablement initiatives.* Participate in reflective discussions to measure impact, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance Sales Enablement programs and tools.* Lead regular Coach-the-Coach sessions with local Heads of Sales to share insights, support skill development, and strengthen sales capabilities.* Guide the regional sales onboarding process for new hires in a structured, consistent, and connected way to ensure a smooth and empowering start.* Contribute your expertise and perspective to broader EMEA Sales Enablement projects as needed.* Stay informed and engaged with Goodyear’s strategy, product roadmap, value proposition, and trends in sales talent development.**What you’ll bring*** Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with solid experience (minimum 3 years) in Sales or Sales Enablement roles.* Strong facilitation and adult-learning skills, with proven experience designing, deploying, and guiding learning programs that help others grow and succeed.* Analytical and data-informed mindset, able to identify opportunities, suggest solutions, and support business objectives in a thoughtful and collaborative way.* Experience in Change Management and Project Management, with relevant certifications considered a plus.* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills across live, recorded, and virtual settings, fluent in French and English (additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus).* Customer-focused, proactive, and self-directed, while thriving in a supportive, collaborative team environment and able to balance multiple priorities with flexibility.* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Forms) and familiar with Salesforce or other Sales Enablement platforms; enthusiastic about learning new tools to enable success.We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
