Job Overview
Route Area:
IL, OH, IN, MI, KY — within 400 miles of your home terminal
Miles:
2200+ per week
Home Time:
34-hour reset at home
Freight:
Preloaded trailers | Drop and hook | Minimal downtime
Pay and Bonuses
CPM Pay:
$0.56 to $0.64 based on experience
Weekly Average Pay:
$1,400- $1,500
Extra Pay:
Detention, layover, breakdowns covered
Performance Bonus:
Available based on safety and service
Requirements
CDL A license | 21+ years old
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
No preventable accidents in the last 5 years
No more than 4 jobs in the past year
No more than 1 year of unemployment in past 5 years
No DUI, felony, or misdemeanor in the last 10 years
Must pass DOT urine and hair drug screen
No SAP drivers
Training Program
Paid training:
$650/week
4–6 week program with instructor
3–6 months experience:
1–2 week mentorship program
Equipment
Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680 (less than 2 years old)
Manual & automatic available
Equipped with APU, fridge, inverter
