Position Summary The Car Wash Attendant will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding vehicles onto the conveyor, performing routine maintenance checks, and providing information on car wash packages.

Major Essential Duties:
Greet customers warmly, ensuring they feel valued
Guide vehicles onto the car wash conveyor smoothly
Provide information on car wash packages and upsell services
Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently
Perform regular maintenance checks and report issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
Assist with opening, closing, and cash handling
Collaborate with team members for a smooth workflow
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
Continuously seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain a professional appearance
Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule: Full-time, rotating schedule Monday through Sunday
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service or car wash experience is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and procedural adherence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
