Salary Range Base pay: $88,000 – $108,000 per year (depending on skills and experience).
Job Overview This role involves leading direct sales efforts in a designated territory, engaging with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. You will promote supplemental insurance products and services to business owners, benefits managers, and employees, including occasional presentations to groups of 50–100+.
Responsibilities
Lead direct sales activities and achieve sales targets.
Mentor and train new team members.
Balance sales goals with training and mentorship efforts.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with customers and sales staff.
Leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Familiarity with effective sales strategies.
