Day in the Life As a Sales Associate you will support the sales development and growth goals of the organization. This role offers a fantastic entry point for aspiring salespeople to learn and master the sales process through a comprehensive mentoring program, becoming familiar with the Retirement Plan industry under a nationally recognized Sales Leader.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate deliverables, with effective problem‑solving and resolution skills.
Strong organizational, project planning and management, analytical, and multi‑tasking skills.
Excellent relationship‑building and presentation skills, as well as a high degree of self‑motivation and drive.
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
Series 6 and 63 securities registration licenses (a plus but not required).

Compensation Salary range:
$62,500 to $116,400 . Base pay will be determined by experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. Incentive programs may also apply.
