Our U.S. Corporate Headquarters, located in Cumming, GA, provides a full staff of support for our Sales Management Team, in addition to leading corporate operations.
The family has been involved in winemaking since the late 1800s, owning and operating Tenuta Polvaro winery in the Veneto Region, CDZ Vini in Piemonte and managing vineyards throughout Italy.

The Position We are seeking a skilled Wine professional with an extensive background in selling and representing an established premium wine portfolio. Someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about wine sales is a must! A strong working relationship with SGWS FL and deep FL market knowledge and experience is required.
The Regional Sales Manager‑Southeast will maintain an in‑depth and thorough knowledge of the marketplace and market conditions and will develop and implement strategies to ensure and increase market share and sales. The Regional Manager will need to work very closely with our distributor partners to properly manage their performance across all channels of sales, train the distributor sales staff on our products, while closely managing goal expectations as well as personally calling on key accounts in the market to generate sales. The role requires a professional who must also have existing relationships with key accounts and our most influential customers (both on‑premise and retail) and will present the Candoni Family Wine portfolio with enthusiasm, knowledge and passion! This Position will be responsible for managing Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and Alabama.
Position Responsibilities
Manage portfolio/business within the states assigned
Responsible for Budgets, Maintaining Inventory, Depletions, Pricing, and Programming
Balance distributor management with weekly field work, calling on accounts in all channels
Develop market plans and programming with Distributor Partners to ensure goal attainment
Manage the execution of Brand Standards with our Distributor Partners
Build relationships with top key accounts in all channels within the region
Work closely with distributor management on National Account execution at the regional level for both channels
Develop and manage market introductions, including line extensions and brand launches
Monitor and maintain existing distribution
Weekly communication with chain leads in all markets
Set expectations of distributor performance, monitor results and partner for success
Qualifications
Extensive wholesale supply channel experience, including developing relationships, creating distribution programs, launching new products, growing new and existing business and managing business profitability
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word)
Minimum 5 years of experience in the wine/spirits industry
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Italian wine knowledge. WSET and CMS certifications are highly valued
