Role Description We’re looking for a part‑time Associate Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote‑friendly, hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, where you’ll work directly with the Founder and creative leads to grow our client base and drive revenue through strong relationships and strategic sales.
You’ll manage sales activities, build and nurture client relationships, and help businesses discover how White X Space can elevate their digital presence — through website design, SEO, Google & Meta Ads, and creative content subscriptions.

Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients across diverse industries.
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities from lead generation to closing.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and position our digital solutions effectively.
Prepare proposals, coordinate quotes, and collaborate with the creative team to ensure offerings align with client needs.
Maintain accurate client records, manage pipelines, and track progress using CRM tools.
Support existing clients with follow‑ups, renewals, and cross‑selling opportunities.
Contribute to strategy meetings, helping shape how we package and pitch our services.
Compensation Structure
Commission‑based model: You’ll receive the full 1st and 12th month’s service fee for every new client you bring in.
Unlimited earning potential – no cap on commissions.
Ongoing support from the leadership team, designers, and marketing specialists to help you close deals confidently.
Opportunity for growth into a full‑time salaried role with base + performance bonuses for consistent performers.
Qualifications
Strong background in sales, client relationship management, or lead generation (agency or service‑based experience preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing sales techniques.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
A passion for design, creativity, and storytelling is a big plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (not required).
