Outside Sales Representative
Location: Rite Window, Boston, MA
We’re on a mission to revolutionize home improvement, making it faster, easier, and stress‑free to upgrade your home inside and out. As an outside sales rep, you’ll present our high‑quality windows, doors, and landscape products directly to homeowners across the U.S., driving growth for our national brand, Renuity.
Compensation and Benefits
Earn $150,000 to $200,000+ per year in uncapped commissions
Top representatives earn up to $400,000+ per year
State‑of‑the‑art training program
Annual trip and perks for top consultants

Full‑time, W‑2 position with flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability

Full training regardless of experience required
Responsibilities
Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products and services to decision‑makers at their homes
Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet sales goals
Set individual sales targets and maintain them
Track sales goals and report results to management
Promote company products and services across all channels
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts with customers
Work a full schedule, including weekend and holiday flexibility
Key Qualifications
Self‑motivated and results‑oriented
Exceptional customer‑service skills
Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
In‑home sales or B2C sales experience preferred
Windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience – a plus
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish – a plus
Ability to meet and exceed goals independently
Criminal background check required
Full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative position. Training Location: 3801 SW 30th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312.
