Required: 3+ years in-home sales experience (one-call close strongly preferred) Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and organized with strong time management Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Saturday availability as needed Preferred: Home improvement or bathroom remodeling sales experience Experience with consultative selling approaches What We Offer
