Job Description The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for onboarding new customers, driving overall assigned territory growth revenue while providing best in class support and service. The position works with new and existing customers to increase sales and promote new Snap One products and product categories. The role creates a cohesive and consistent buying experience across all channels including phone, e-commerce, and Snap One Store. Candidates should be familiar with a discovery-to-close sales process, comfortable with high volume outbound calls and emails, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment that emphasizes accountability for results.

Job Duties

Manage a book of B2B reseller accounts to build pipeline, track and close deals

Actively manage new dealer applications through a detailed selection process

Responsible for gathering customer account information to help effectively manage the customer relationship

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPI’s

Build strong relationships with customers in order to become a strategic product partner

Consistently update and manage CRM data to provide visibility and clarity on business status and progress

Support acquisition team’s onboarding campaigns through direct mail, email, social, and trade shows

Ability to learn and comprehend a large range of product knowledge in order to deliver end-to-end solutions

Partner with internal teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives

Up to 20% travel to attend key customer meetings, prospecting new leads, trade shows and industry events

Requirements

2+ Years’ experience in sales

Experience with a CRM

Ability to analyze sales results and make changes as needed

Effective remote presentation and demonstration skills via Teams, Zoom, etc.

Problem-solver with strong client/executive relationship management abilities

Willing to travel up to 20%

Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $15.94 to $27.14 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.

Incentive Eligible (SIP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 42.86% of your annual salary, and prorated based on hire date. Attaining your sales target qualifies you for 100% of your annual sales incentive, while surpassing sales targets during the performance period enables you to earn additional incentive pay.
