Base pay range $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service

Drive store performance through effective management and hands‑on leadership

Train, mentor, and develop team members

Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions

Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience (Required)

2+ years of sales experience (Required)

1+ year of management experience (Preferred)

Bilingual in English (Required)

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Ability to work retail hours: Monday–Saturday: 9 AM–8 PM Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change)
