ASE Global is hiring a Key Account Manager to grow and develop strategic relationships with leading automotive OEMs and dealer networks across France, Benelux and the Netherlands!
This role goes beyond account maintenance: you will identify opportunities to expand our footprint, increase product adoption, and drive measurable commercial outcomes using ASE's portfolio of solutions - including Business Management Software (Lumina Core), AI Data‑Driven Solution (Lumina AI), AI Agent (Sadie Automotive) and Business Management Services and Consulting. You will work directly with OEMs, dealer groups and individual dealerships to understand their priorities, uncover expansion opportunities, and position ASE as a long‑term performance partner.
The successful Key Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and developing highly successful client relationships to ensure that ASE Global delivers for every customer: helping them to drive performance and accelerate profitability. Working with OEMs, dealer networks, and individual dealerships to drive volume, profitability, and business improvement. Working to identify customer problems and devise programs that deliver a tangible impact.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Spain, working in a remote work model!
What Your Day Will Look Like
Own a portfolio of OEM and dealer accounts, with a clear mandate to drive new revenue, expansion, upsell and cross‑sell across ASE's solutions
Comfortable prospecting, opening new doors, and building a pipeline of opportunities beyond your existing portfolio
Build strong senior relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding business priorities and identifying opportunities for additional value creation
Lead business reviews with franchises and dealers, presenting insights, performance trends and recommended actions
Visit customers regularly to uncover unmet needs, gather market intelligence and proactively propose new use cases
Partner with internal teams (Business Management Consultants, technical services, Lumina, Sadie) to shape solutions that solve real problems and support commercial growth
Support new product rollouts and pilot programs with customers, including onboarding and adoption for Lumina Core, Lumina AI and Sadie Automotive
Manage renewals, contract discussions and service scope with a focus on improving net retention
Contribute to the continuous improvement of account processes, customer playbooks and best practices
Track pipeline, activity and forecasting through HubSpot with discipline and transparency
About You
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar is essential
At least 2+ years of Key Account Management, Sales, Customer Success experience, with a commercial or sales‑driven mindset
Strong relationship builder with experience growing accounts, not just retaining them
Comfortable discussing financial performance with OEMs, dealer principals or accountants
Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative - you don't wait to be told where the opportunities are
Able to quickly learn new SaaS or data‑driven products and explain value to customers
A team player who wants to take ownership of their portfolio and contribute to ASE's commercial growth
Flexibility to travel to client sites within France, Benelux and the Netherlands
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable with autonomy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Quick learner with the ability to absorb industry knowledge and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Legally authorised to work in Spain
Great If You Have
Business Development experience
Experience in automotive OEM, dealer networks or performance consulting
Exposure to SaaS, cloud solutions, BI tools or data‑heavy platforms
Experience leading training sessions or presenting to senior stakeholders
Audit, financial analysis or dealer performance improvement background
Italian language skills are desirable (spoken or written), as some ASE accounts operate across France and Italy
