Sales Manager – Semiconductor Equipment

A global semiconductor equipment manufacturer, supplying machinery into the front end of wafer fabrication, is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across key North American customers. The role focuses on strategic account management and new business development within advanced wafer fabs, working closely with engineering, applications, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and developing relationships with key wafer fab customers across North America
Driving new tool sales, upgrades, and long‑term customer partnerships
Working closely with Field Service Engineers, Applications, and HQ teams to support customers throughout the sales cycle
Navigating complex customer organisations, including process engineering, procurement, and fab management
Managing long sales cycles, forecasts, and pipeline activity
Representing the business at customer sites, technical reviews, and industry events
Your Background
Proven experience in sales or account management within the semiconductor equipment industry
Strong understanding of wafer fab operations, front‑end processes, and fab decision‑making structures
Track record of selling capital equipment or complex technical solutions into semiconductor manufacturing environments
Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Willingness to travel regularly to customer fabs across North America
What’s on Offer
Base salary: $150,000 – $180,000 (dependent on experience)
Performance‑based commission structure
