Auth0 Sales Team As an Auth0 Account Executive you’ll drive new logos and cultivate relationships to grow existing Auth0 customers, leveraging Okta’s ecosystem for consistent results and a deep commitment to customers.

Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise Auth0 The successful Manager is a self‑driven, experienced Account Executive passionate about security and defending against identity threats.

This role requires in‑person onboarding at our San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL office during the first week of employment. Please request accommodation if needed.

What you’ll be doing

Build a long‑term plan to generate a net‑new logo pipeline

Deliver revenue targets and support YoY territory growth

Identify, develop, and execute account strategies that generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable bookings

Target leaders in prospect accounts and build a network of decision makers

Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed revenue quota targets

Leverage partners to identify and open opportunities

Build and nurture working partnerships within the Okta ecosystem (xDRs, Partners, Presales, Customer First, etc)

Travel as necessary to build customer and prospect relationships

What you’ll bring to the role

8+ years of successful revenue growth for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products

Ability to evangelize, educate, and create demand within the CTO organization with a strong track record of pitching and closing to Product, Engineering, and Architecture leaders

Deep technical discovery skills resonating with the developer community

Strong technical acumen connecting sales to business outcomes

Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels and technical aptitudes

Confident, self‑driven, and humble teamwork

Expertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler (we use MEDPPICC)

Compensation Annual On‑Target Compensation (OTE) for candidates located in California (excluding the San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington ranges between $288,000 – $432,000 USD. OTE includes base salary and incentive compensation, and is adjusted for skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
