Job Title Account Executive - Alternate Sites

Territory ND, SD, MN, WI, IA, NE, IL, MO, KS, IN, OK, TX.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and services to new and existing customers in the Care Continuum.

Maximize customer value and satisfaction by aligning complex product solutions and services with key customer initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers or potential influencers; manage a longer sales cycle.

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of BD and customer industry, including key competitors, terminology, technology, trends, challenges, reimbursement and government regulation.

Serve as a leader in maintaining balance in all areas of the pipeline, ensuring consistent sustainable results; manage pipeline independently within own business unit.

Create and execute an opportunity plan independently which drives consistent results.

Consistently utilize all resources available within own business unit and frequently involve other business units in consistently executing the Solution Sales Process.

Apply knowledge of the customer's business to develop optimal solutions.

Proactively demonstrate to the customer the defined value of partnering BD both pre- and post-sales.

Effectively negotiate and collaborate with the customer and colleagues to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes and achieve consensus.

Build and sustain relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop plans for introducing new solutions through collaborative relationships.

Qualifications

2–3 years successful medical equipment sales (capital preferred).

Experience with Pharmacy, IT, Nursing, C‑suite call points.

Ability to manage a long sales cycle.

Travel up to 50% of the time.

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).

Valid driver’s license.
