We are seeking motivated Sales Consultants to manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, ensuring our high‑net‑worth individuals, CEOs, celebrities, and other discerning clients enjoy seamless travel solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Build a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization.
Proactively target prospects through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits.
Set and exceed sales goals with quality and precision.
Present and speak publicly with skill and confidence.
Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and chartering processes.
Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion.
Oversee flight departures 24/7 and make timely decisions to keep clients satisfied.
Training & Development
Award‑winning professional training and one‑on‑one mentoring.
International training based in our London HQ; training and travel expenses are covered by us.
Supportive balance between independent and team‑oriented work.
Paid base salary during training.
9 levels of career growth from Trainee Broker to Director.

Base salary: $65,000 USD + 10% uncapped commission.
