Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Private Client Insurance Account Manager
to join a dynamic team. Officially titled "Private Client Advisor," this role involves managing high-net-worth (HNW) accounts and providing exceptional service to valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal lines insurance, particularly with HNW carriers, and demonstrate a proactive, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
401(k): Employer match available after 90 days
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (90 days in-office training, then alternating weeks in-office and remote)
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines insurance accounts, with policy sizes ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+.
Provide end-to-end account management, including quoting, renewals, and servicing.
Collaborate with the new business team to onboard clients and assess their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.
Work with HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, AIG, and others.
Adapt responsibilities based on strengths and performance, with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience: Previous experience working with high-net-worth clients and carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, and AIG is essential.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Sagitta and ImageRight software is preferred (training available if needed).
Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented culture
Education: No specific educational requirements, but relevant experience is highly valued.
Additional Information
Work Environment: Hybrid schedule after 90 days of in-office training. Option to work from the Kingwood office if closer to that location.
Training: Comprehensive 90-day training program provided.
Onboarding Requirements: Background check, verification of P&C license, and submission of two forms of ID.
Start Date: Flexible, but the ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible.
