Qualifications
A valid driver's license and good driving record is imperative
Excellent work ethic and professionalism
Punctual and extroverted with strong communication skills
Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with people
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Responsibilities includes but are not limited to the following:
To sell our products and document solutions to new and existing clients.
To effectively implement our solutions sales strategies through Prospecting; Account Evaluation; Development of Solutions; Proposal; Negotiation; Closing and Implementation phase.
Build and manage strategic territory and account plan
Effectively and aggressively manage all aspects of complex sales cycles
Establish a qualified pipeline of business and maintain an accurate forecast in a sales automation system
Grow business through new customer acquisitions and add-ons to existing customer base
To consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, with a focus on listening to clients and understanding their needs
High school diploma required, but open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of customer service experience
Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a strong commitment to training and professional development
