Overview
We're hiring a Sales Rep for the Woodbury, MN Costco location. Positive, energetic sales-focused professionals who can act as passionate brand ambassadors for Qunol & Zena nutritional supplements.
Responsibilities
Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brand products.
Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and carry a 2’x4’ folding table from parking lot to store and back to car at shift end.
Ability to stand for 7 hours and work independently without direct supervision as the only team member per location.
Requirements
Outgoing personality, strong verbal communication skills, and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.
Compensation Starting at $22-$25/hr plus commission based on surpassing sale quotas; W-2 employment; promotional kit and bi-weekly direct deposit paycheck; average brand ambassadors make $200-300 per day, top make $500+ per day.
Bonus Payout Nine different products available in Costco; shifts 10am-5:30pm, additional 3 hours Costco open where customers still purchase our products.
Demo Hours 10am-5:30pm, all days available; weekends the best commission days.
