Senior Account Executive
This position is responsible for developing account plans for new and/or existing accounts. You will prospect new customers and new business with existing customers, and close full solution sales to corporate customers.
About The Role
Prospecting: Actively seek new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline, aiming for 3-4 times coverage of sales targets monthly and quarterly.
Account Management: Handle a list of major accounts (companies with revenues of $500M+), leading the entire sales process through account planning, deal closing, and renewal.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within the organization to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can address them.
Salesforce Maintenance: Regularly update our CRM system (salesforce.com) to keep accurate records of sales activities and provide reliable forecasts. Engage in direct client meetings either in person or via platforms such as MS Teams.
About You
Proven success selling complex software solutions to large enterprises ($500M+ revenue), using consultative and value‑based techniques.
Skilled at engaging C‑level executives with a solution‑oriented approach that identifies and quantifies critical business challenges.
Self‑starter with a growth mindset, thrives in ambiguity, and adept at navigating change.
Capable of managing detailed sales processes end‑to‑end, including prospecting, stakeholder coordination, and full‑cycle execution.
Deep understanding of AI applications and alignment with the company’s mission.
Collaborative team player who works cross‑functionally with departments such as marketing, product, and legal to reach shared goals.
Minimum 7 years of enterprise field sales experience with consistent quota overachievement and account planning expertise.
