Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic operational partner to SMB (Small and Medium-sized Businesses) Sales Leadership, driving excellence in planning, reporting, forecasting, and business management rhythms.
Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, including coverage models, segmentation alignment, and quota deployment.
Develop and deliver accurate, timely business cadence materials for leadership—such as forecast reviews, KPI scorecards, and QBR presentations.
Analyze performance across multiple sales channels (web, partner, and direct) to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and address performance gaps.
Provide actionable insights by monitoring key metrics including pipeline conversion, run‑rate growth, customer acquisition, and partner contribution.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure alignment on targets, data definitions, and operational metrics.
Partner with BI and Data teams to design and enhance dashboards in Qlik, Power BI, and Excel, enabling leadership visibility into SMB performance and forecast trends.
Drive process improvements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure data integrity, territory accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
Lead or support cross‑functional initiatives to establish new workflows, build operational infrastructure, and bring clarity to undefined areas.
Own and execute business improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc analytical projects to support evolving organizational needs.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with a proven track record of delivering analytical insights and operational excellence.
Demonstrated success supporting SMB, Inside Sales, or multi‑route sales models.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep business acumen and strong financial analysis skills.
Strong ability to manage complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Experience developing or optimizing business management systems, processes, and tools.
Highly detail‑oriented with exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity‑able to create structure, define processes, and lead initiatives in evolving environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Dynamics, Qlik, Power BI, and SQL strongly preferred.
Self‑starter with a high degree of initiative, enthusiasm, and autonomy.
