About the Firm A global technology organisation specialising in secure wireless connectivity solutions is seeking an experienced OEM Sales Manager to support continued growth across Europe. The company designs and delivers high-reliability connectivity products used in regulated and performance-critical environments including medical, industrial, and commercial applications.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and convert OEM opportunities

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through targeted prospecting

Own customer relationships from initial engagement to production

Engage and influence senior decision makers

Present technical solutions to customers and partners

Coordinate internal teams to meet customer requirements

Maintain accurate opportunity data in CRM systems

Work with distributors and sales partners to drive growth

Negotiate commercial terms and close business

Deliver revenue growth across new and existing customers

Manage forecasts, orders, and lead-time alignment

Develop long-term strategies for key accounts

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial or technical experience

5+ years of OEM sales experience in electronic hardware or embedded technology

Proven success selling technically complex products

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Willing to travel 25–50% within Europe
