Bilingual Spanish Outside Sales Representative

What You'll Do
Accelerate customer growth by acquiring new business customers and cross‑selling fiber and 5G solutions.
Sell AT&T’s simplified product set, including fiber, mobile, and high‑speed data services.
Achieve sales objectives by securing new service agreements in low‑penetration locations.
Maintain knowledge of AT&T products and communicate solutions that solve customer problems (paid training provided).
Conduct sales activities in the field, prospecting and meeting customers at their locations.
Primary Responsibilities
Prospect in person and engage in field sales activities.
Communicate with customers via phone calls, conference calls, emails, and other channels.
What You Need
Current and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Reliable vehicle to support market transportation needs.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Willingness to try new approaches and step outside your comfort zone.
Prior sales experience is a plus but not required. No college degree required.
