Job Summary

The Account Executive – Sales works closely with AEG Presents’ venue and festival teams to support sales, festival, venue, and touring sponsorship strategy, including prospecting, ideation, and proposal formulation. The role is trained by the AEG Presents Global Partnerships team through pitch presentations, negotiations, and pitch deck creation. In partnership with the Global Partnerships sales team, the Account Executive is responsible for selling and hitting individual and team revenue goals. Essential Functions

Develops and manages a sales pipeline alongside the supervisor, including prospecting, cold calling, sourcing leads, and responding to inbound leads, while creating hospitality packages, digital media, branded content, and experiential activations for AEG Presents venues and festivals. Identifies new partners and prospects by researching emerging global and regional opportunities, using internet, trade publications, newspapers, and magazines; cultivates brands and marketing contacts at targeted accounts involved in event marketing and VIP/hospitality decisions. Performs analysis and planning to ensure event objectives and priorities are met within client-acceptable time frames, regularly meeting with assigned divisions to understand sales goals and budget objectives and uncover revenue growth opportunities. Creates and develops standard and customized presentations, term sheets, and proposals for current and potential clients. Represents the Global Partnerships team in handling client entertainment requests with professionalism, including on-site visits and delivery of materials, addressing client concerns and questions. Assists with filing, routing contracts and invoices, and creating contract memos and allocation sheets through the CRM system. Required Qualifications

BA/BS Degree (4-year) 2–4 years of sponsorship support and/or sales experience Experience in sponsorship, exhibitor, or VIP hospitality sales within sports and/or entertainment Existing relationships with marketing agencies, brands, or client contacts Proven background in developing, closing, and maintaining relationships with brands and marketing personnel Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn required business systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team Understanding of CRM systems Payscale

$63,393 – $81,112.50 Bonus

This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements. Benefits
