Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
Recommend personalized product baskets.
Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
Keep planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
Qualifications & Success Factors
High-energy personality and natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
Resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.
Hungry to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
Integrity and service attitude aligned with Premium's name.
Ability to stand/move around for 8-10 hour shifts.
Flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn. On-the-job and online training will cover wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions.
