Job Description

Develop and maintain meaningful, lasting relationships with assigned customers.

Serve as their primary point of contact and internal advocate.

Understand customer goals and identify opportunities to support them.

Monitor satisfaction and address concerns quickly and professionally.

Partner with internal teams to ensure we consistently exceed expectations.

Share client feedback to help improve our products and processes.

Prepare regular account updates and performance reports.

Employee Requirements

Experience in Account Management or a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

A self-starting attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Prepare customer reports and analyze data.

Work Environment BluePrint Engines offers a clean, friendly, fast-paced office environment with a family-oriented culture.

Position Details Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

Compensation $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
