About The Role
Dandy is hiring a dynamic, high‑energy, and process‑driven Sales Manager to lead a rapidly growing commercial sales team. In this role you’ll drive revenue growth, shape our go‑to‑market strategy, and coach a team of ambitious Account Executives to exceed quota. You’ll partner with senior leadership, own the sales cycle, and be the hands‑on mentor who keeps the team operating at 110%. What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a group of 8‑10 high‑performing Dandy Account Executives to consistently exceed their goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to set and drive a high bar of performance for the team, ensuring they have what they need to deliver at their best. Be a hands‑on coach and develop the team on a continuous basis, including: Holding weekly 1‑on‑1 touch bases with each rep to keep them at 110%. Coaching them on their individual skill sets. Conducting live call reviews each week to identify and iterate on key focus areas. Leading by example—joining calls to demonstrate best practices. Conducting weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions to optimize performance. Leading weekly team meetings to outline objectives and keep the team motivated and excited. Managing escalations, helping reps navigate challenging deals, and participating directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to deliver a great outcome for the business and the customer. Being an expert in product and process to unblock team members as needed so they can focus on successful selling. Operating with an ownership mentality—being proactive when you recognize an opportunity and tackling it to make yourself and Dandy a better place for all. What We’re Looking For
5+ years of quota‑carrying experience. 3+ years of sales management experience, managing at least 5 sales reps. Proven record of success in a high‑velocity, high‑volume sales environment. Comfort in a fast‑paced start‑up environment—low ego and adept at ambiguity and change. Experience motivating a team to fill their calendar with outbound prospecting when needed. Intellectually curious and committed to continually educating yourself on the dental industry. Bonus Points For
You’ve sold to SMB customers, particularly in an antiquated industry. Excellent time‑management and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant parts of the sales tech stack such as Gong.
