An Inside Sales Representative professional assists the sales team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient customer service. They handle customer inquiries, process sales orders, and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system. Additionally, they support the sales team by preparing materials, generating leads, and coordinating follow-ups.
This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot).
Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing information about products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Prepare and process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and update sales records in the CRM system.
Assist the sales team by preparing sales materials, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data, generate sales reports, and analyze data to support sales strategies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolve any order-related issues.
Reroute out-of-scope inquiries to the correct departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
BA/BS or Associates Degree and two years’ experience or equivalent combination.
Highly desirable: experience in high-end retail, waste, logistics.
Highly motivated.
