About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on, results‑driven
Business Development Manager
to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in
expanding Conduet’s reach across all of North and Central America, and Europe
introducing operators and technology partners to the power of
gameLM
and our broader suite of AI‑driven CX solutions.
You’ll manage the full outbound sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through to closing — and play a key role in shaping our go‑to‑market approach as we scale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with
SaaS
or technology sales experience who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and being part of a fast‑moving, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead outbound prospecting efforts through cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and social outreach to generate new business opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact through negotiation, alongside responsible executives, using Pipedrive or other CRM tools.
Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns focused on gaming operators, platform providers, and technology partners.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and tailor solutions to operator needs.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasts.
Represent Conduet and gameLM at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a consultative, partnership‑first approach.
Requirements
2–5 years
of experience in
SaaS
or technology sales, ideally within
B2B tech environments .
Experience in
iGaming
or sports betting is a plus but
not required .
Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing deals with mid‑market or enterprise clients.
Experience using
Pipedrive ,
HubSpot ,
Salesforce , or similar CRM platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, growth‑stage environments.
Experience with tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator ,
ZoomInfo , or
Apollo
is a plus.
Preferred Qualities
Entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, adaptable, and creative in approach.
