Position Overview We are seeking a results‑driven and self‑motivated Sales Representative to drive growth and secure new roofing contracts. This is a commission‑only position with a highly competitive commission structure offering 30‑40% of each job sold.
What You’ll Do
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
Present and sell roofing services to residential and commercial customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide accurate and detailed estimates for roofing projects.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (roofing or construction sales preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated with a strong drive for results.
Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline.
Reliable transportation and access to communication tools.
