About the Role We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive InBody’s growth and success. You will prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales closers. You will research and engage with potential customers, manage and qualify leads in the CRM, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, build strong relationships, and present product value while staying updated on industry trends and continuously honing your sales skills.

This is a full‑time, hybrid position at our office located in Cerritos, CA.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead Prospecting – Conduct research to identify and target potential customers within the defined market segment using email, phone, social media, and networking events.
Qualification and Nurturing – Communicate with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges; assess their level of interest and qualification.
Sales Pipeline Management – Manage and organize leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date information and progressing them through the funnel for hand‑over to the closing team.
Collaborative Teamwork – Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to effective campaigns.
Relationship Building – Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, showcase product value, and highlight its impact on their business.
Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape; participate in training to improve prospecting and qualifying techniques.
Essential Qualifications
1–2 years of relevant work experience.
1+ years of sales experience desired but not mandatory.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a high daily call volume (100+ calls/day).
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and sales productivity tools.
Demonstrated success in prospecting and qualifying leads, resulting in successful handoffs.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
Strong critical‑thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Travel up to 10% for business trips and tradeshows as needed.
Ability to lift 65 lbs.
