NJ/NY Metro Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice
to join our can-do and driven field-based sales team. We offer a flexible, autonomous and inclusive working environment!
Responsibilities
Own assigned core foodservice customer accounts, manage P&L and meet annual volume and profit plans.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and prioritize initiatives.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop value‑creating proposals to grow share and profit.
Manage broker network and local distributor accounts, including regional restaurants and chain accounts.
Negotiate contracts, trade strategies and marketing programs to drive profitable sales.
Provide competitive market intelligence, product recommendations and promotion strategies.
Maintain communication with Sales Operations and monitor sales margins.
Qualifications
BS/BA or related degree preferred.
5+ years in the food and beverage industry, with experience in foodservice sales.
Knowledge of distributor strategic label value proposition; manufacturing experience preferred.
Excellent negotiation, insight‑selling, presentation, communication, analytical, and planning skills.
Food broker sales agency experience required.
Up to 50% travel; covers NJ/NY Metro area.

Salary Range $104,730 - $137,455, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
