The
District Sales Manager
is responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives within a designated region. Key duties include developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and leading the sales team to success. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management. Responsibilities
Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and sales targets. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify business opportunities. Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met. Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues or concerns promptly. Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in waste management or a related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Regular travel within the designated district is required.
