Inside Sales Specialist – Ace Sanitary Base pay: $80,000 – $95,000 per year

The Inside Sales / Business Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in proactive outreach to existing customers and identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. The role requires a highly motivated, fast‑paced individual who thrives independently, is passionate about sales, and is skilled in technology‑enabled outreach through LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and AI platforms.

Primary Functions

Proactively engage existing customers to uncover new opportunities and enhance account relationships.

Utilize ZoomInfo and other lead generation tools to qualify leads for the Outside Sales / Business Development teams.

Qualify, track, and manage leads within Salesforce CRM to ensure timely handoff and follow‑up.

Develop and maintain technical expertise regarding products and industry applications.

Collaborate regularly with Regional Sales Managers, Single‑Use Business Development Specialists, and Single‑Use Market Manager to support territory goals.

Participate in key national account initiatives and coordinate internally as needed.

Attend trade shows and support customer meetings in partnership with RSMs and SU‑BD Manager.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and outcomes in Salesforce.

Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and reports.

Provide quotes, process orders, and resolve issues for existing accounts.

Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and sales development.

Champion company culture, communication, and ethical standards.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.

4–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer‑facing role.

Experience using LinkedIn and CRM tools for lead generation and tracking.

Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.

Openness to relocation for long‑term career advance.

Physical demands: Extended periods of sitting; standing, walking, and traveling as needed; able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally; use of computer and office equipment.
