Employee Benefits Account Manager . This is a
full-time (37.5 hours/week), temp-to-perm

Key Responsibilities
Benefits Management:
Utilize prior experience in employee benefits to manage accounts effectively, ensuring seamless service and support for clients' benefit programs.
Client Support:
Serve as a primary contact for clients regarding their employee benefits needs, answering inquiries, and facilitating necessary administrative processes.
Administrative Oversight:
Assist in the end-to-end (E2E) management of benefits, which may include enrollment, claims inquiries, compliance assistance, and renewal support.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external carriers/vendors to deliver comprehensive benefits solutions.
Documentation & Accuracy:
Maintain precise and organized client records and ensure all documentation related to benefits is current and accurate.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Prior Benefits Experience (Mandatory):
At least
one year of recent, relevant experience
working directly with employee benefits is required. This experience must come from one of the following settings:
An
insurance agency, company, or carrier .
A corporate role as an
HR Assistant
or similar, with primary responsibilities focused on employee benefits administration.
Experience working for an
E2E benefits company .
Stability:
Candidates must demonstrate a history of stable employment.
Background Check:
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is
required
for this temp-to-perm position.
