This position is part of a comprehensive training program that combines online classroom learning, hands‑on field training, and mentorship.

Pay Range

Base Salary: $78,000.00 – $122,000.00 per year

Additional compensation via draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and stock share incentives (no caps, 3‑day cycle)

Health, dental and vision benefits after 60 days of employment

Location Gadsden, AL – Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $150,000.00

Core Responsibilities

Use the customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client portfolio.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.

Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.

Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.

Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referral leads, and resell to existing clients.

Set monthly and quarterly sales targets in collaboration with management.

Plan and submit weekly schedules to the sales manager.

Record daily work statistics and update sales activity at the end of each day.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build genuine connections quickly.

Clearly defined personal goals, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook.

Background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or competitive leagues is a plus.

Additional Qualifications

Able to pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in the resident state (or willingness to obtain—study course and licensing fee reimbursement provided).

Bachelor's degree or minimum of four years post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within six months of degree completion or with less than four years of relevant experience will be considered).
