Job Responsibilities
Develop a leading sales team.
Manage all aspects of sales and marketing for the division office.
Educate, train, and motivate others.
Adapt to and promote the Adams Homes culture: Value, Simplified.
Requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
A Florida Real Estate License.
