We produce premium sports entertainment content that reaches tens of millions of fans every month across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and live experiences. Position Overview The Account Coordinator will serve as a key right-hand to the Head of Brand Partnerships, helping to manage the campaigns and accounts of blue chip brand partners including Powerade, DraftKings, Google, and more. In addition, the Account Coordinator will aid in securing new partners and revenue opportunities for Jesser.

Key Responsibilities Full Sales Cycle Ownership
Supporting and managing every stage of the sales process—prospecting, pitching, closing, and executing partnership programs.
Drive Revenue Growth
Develop and implement strategies to secure branded partnerships, custom content programs, event integrations, and non-traditional revenue opportunities.
Build Custom Client Solutions
Create and present tailored marketing concepts that highlight the unique strengths of the Bucketsquad brand.
Work directly with brands and agencies to develop programs that span digital, social, live events, and merchandise moments.
Relationship Management
Nurture and deepen long‑term client relationships, including senior‑level marketers and agency partners.
Maintain ongoing communication, ensure client satisfaction, and support renewal conversations to grow existing business.
Internal Collaboration
Serve as a main liaison between clients and Bucketsquad’s internal production and operations teams.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless campaign execution and brand alignment.
Operational Excellence
Manage complex workflows and project timelines, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and deliverables are handled accurately and on schedule.
Track progress, anticipate challenges, and proactively remove roadblocks to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Qualifications
1‑3 years of experience in brand partnerships, media sales, influencer/creator marketing, consulting, or digital advertising. Proven examples of securing and growing client relationships are strongly preferred.
A self‑starter with an entrepreneurial outlook and a passion for building new business and having a direct impact on revenue. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple moving parts, and staying exceptionally organized under pressure.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Confident presenting to clients, pitching ideas, and negotiating deals. Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable, compelling proposals.
Solid understanding of marketing, social media, advertising strategies, and creator‑driven content.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Google Workspace tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
