For implementing our growth strategy in the North and South America markets, we are looking for a Sales Manager High Performance Composite and Coating. You contribute to our team’s sales objectives and drive revenue growth through maintaining and establishing long‑term client relationships, identifying and acquiring new business fields and customers and leading through the sales process, from prospecting leads to completing deals.

Essential Job Functions

Achieve agreed financial and commercial objectives for the territory and/or market field

Participate actively in development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing and sales business plans

Creating a smooth interface between customers and overseas production, local and global Supply Chain and Customer Service, support accurate planning

Drive new business opportunities and actions for their delivery

Utilizing and actively living Account Management based on SFDC

Continuously improving profitability, optimizing cash flow

Regularly provide market intelligence, trends and competitive information

Providing outstanding customer care, promote customer focus throughout the whole organization

Channel management of distributors in the region

Provide leadership and direction on EHS and core values promoting a safer at Arxada culture

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Chemistry or related fields

Business fluent in English

Min. 5 years proven experience in Sales and/or New Business Development. Experience working in complex large multinational corporations

Strong sales and business development experience

Good interpersonal skills, effective listening, ability to present key concepts verbally and in written communications

Strong interpersonal, organizational and management skills

The expected salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 USD, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
