$98,000.00/yr – $118,000.00/yr

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.

Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.

Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.

Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.

Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.

Ability to pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and a short sales cycle of 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
