will oversee daily operations, support employee performance, and collaborate with senior leadership to streamline processes and encourage long-term growth. You will also act as a trusted contact for clients, helping to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Responsibilities
Guide and mentor team members, overseeing task allocation, skills development and regular feedback.
Review and refine internal workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Handle client communication, ensuring queries are addressed quickly and professionally.
Contribute to planning, compliance work and wider business initiatives alongside senior leaders.
Monitor adherence to relevant regulations and industry requirements.
