What to Expect
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9 am – 9 pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, remain flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and meet customers’ needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide the tools, training and coaching needed to meet and exceed your goals.
Compensation Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Pay range: $16.4125 – $18.9500 + up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities: overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year.
