About the Role: We’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed—with full training, a 100% remote environment, and industry-best compensation.
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission
What You’ll do
Conduct virtual consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system
(No cold calling or outbound calls/messaging of any kind)
Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions.
Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
Get licensed (we’ll support you every step of the way).
What You’ll Bring
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
Willingness to get licensed (we help with this!)
