Job Responsibilities
Manage and develop existing accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.
Put forth maximum daily sales efforts to enhance market share in the competitive beer industry.
Convey new product offerings and pricing information to customers to inform and excite them.
Build long‑term relationships with local retailers and contribute to brand growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse people.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work safely and efficiently.
A pleasant personality, professional appearance, and strong problem‑solving skills.
Highly motivated, well‑organized, goal‑oriented, and persuasive.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays to visit customers and attend special events.
Physical ability to regularly move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
Valid Michigan driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
Commitment to attend meetings and training sessions.
